Meet the SLP
Harmene Dhillon,
Registered Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
I received my Master of Clinical Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Western Ontario. I am registered and in good standing with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals British Columbia (CSHBC). I speak conversationally in Punjabi and Hindi. Originally from the lower mainland, I feel lucky to call Victoria my new home.
I have worked with all aged individuals in various settings including the school district, hospital, private clinic and through telehealth (online). I see private clients alongside my work at the school district. My experience as an SLP in both the private and public sector has allowed me to support the communication of diverse age groups and populations to their full potential.
I am passionate about helping individuals and families through collaborative evidence-based practice and will go the extra mile to ensure my clients receive the highest care possible. It is of upmost importance to foster positive relationships with my clients where challenges and success are shared, and positive impacts of therapy are achieved.
During my free time, I enjoy swimming, reading, cooking, and immersing in the beautiful West Coast nature.
